is offered on a 30 days free-trial basis and it automatically converts
to a paid monthly membership at $99.98/month unless you login to your
account and explicitly cancel the service or change your Plan. To terminate

2. Product delivery - you ordered but didn't receive your product(s)
To help us find your purchase record please look up your electronic email receipt (see above) and include it with your e-mail to us. If you can't find your receipt, please include:

On some of our tele-seminars we offer special bonuses from presenters. The bonuses are audio and text files you can download from our website. Typically these bonuses are offered to participants of the live tele-classes, NOT to subscribers who download the recording later.
We often upload the recording of the live event to our site the morning following our live class that happen on previous night. At that time we have to remove the bonus download links from the page we give out during the live call.
Therefore, you must pick up your bonus either at the time of the live tele-class or shortly thereafter, definitely before the following morning - or you'll likely miss out.
